I have gotten an update from the folks at LL International. I am very proud to say 100% of the leagues in District 13 got their ASAP Safety  plans in! (Still need Bi-County to correct one thing on theirs but they got credit for a submission!!!) You ALL made it in before the cut-off! The District will receive a stipend from LL for 100% participation. Thanks so much as it helps to defray costs of operating the district when you all pull together and get it done… And on top of that, I now have something to poke District 5 with as they only reached 80% this year (I’ll tell District 5 folks something like “Why can’t you all be like your brother District 13” LOL )  - Well Done District 13! I am so happy with you all!
