If you are intending to do a boundary change for 2024 – PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE get them to me ASAP. I’d like to make sure can get them processed for 2024…

You need:

1. Narrative describing the territory you wish to cover to include the existing boundary named street/road/hwy in detail
2. A drawn map showing the same named territory (use google earth or google maps or something similar)
3. A letter from each president that you may be “conflicting over boundaries” and their agreement for the adjustment if needed.
4. ONE person on the board from or responsible for development in the newly annexed area.

Please send that to me ASAP as I am working boundaries this week and next…
