Here is the league membership form we discussed in last night’s meeting. Guidelines are:

1. Every person who wishes to have a say or a vote for league operations MUST BE a member
2. EVERY LEAGUE must have membership rolls.
3. The membership roll must be kept by the Board Secretary
4. Each person accepting “volunteering” as their form of membership payment MUST complete their obligation for the volunteer position.
5. Every BOARD MEMBER must have one of these on file for the current year.

The best place to start is to have each Board member fill one out. This starts the ball rolling and gets you a “membership list”. Then at registration time you can have these ready to sign. Explain to each parent that it is important, if they want their voice heard in an official way, to be a “member of Little League”.
