As a reminder, we will be doing a Little League Meeting Aug 31, 7:00 PM via video conference – the meeting is planned to be about 45-60 minutes. I will be sending out a series of notices as a reminder.

We will be shaking things up in District 5 and 13 in 2024 so this meeting is important. ALL AND ANY BOARD MEMBERS FOR ALL LEAGUES ARE INVITED TO ATTEND. THE PRESIDENTS OR THEIR PROXY ARE REQUIRED TO ATTEND. AS ONE OF THE AGENDA ITEMS,  WE WILL BE DISCUSSING REDRAWING LEAGUE BOUNDARIES AND INPUT FROM ALL LEAGUES IS IMPORTANT.

Some general topics are going to be:

1. Re-drawing League Boundaries
2. How to properly hold your general election and get a proper board in place
3. Umpire development
4. Planning for October meeting (Winter Meeting for Both Districts is set for mid-late October)
5. New DA Staff
6. New league assessment fee structure and year end financial review (official report coming in October)
