Wanted to remind you about the meeting coming up that is required for ALL leagues to attend… it is Saturday October 29th from 9am - 3pm at the Hampton Inn near the Spokane Airport! Stacy Ashcroft the District 13 ADA will be contacting you to confirm the headcount coming from your League – all BOARD MEMBERS are invited to attend… there will be a BIG agenda.

I’d also like to announce the new ADA/ District Umpire-In-Chief, Mr. Mark Dixon. Mark will be at the meeting and will be discussing several topics including:

• Recruiting Umpires
• Umpire Registry for Dist 13
• Training Umpires
• New Rules for Little League for 2023

I’d like to Welcome Mark to the ADA staff.. he will be working with Dennis Williams, the State UIC (and Regional Celebrity Ump 😊 ) who some of you hve met.  PLEASE INVITE ALL YOUR BOARD TO ATTEND THE MEETING ON THE 29^th – Lunch is provided.
