See the stats on the Safety Plan submission below. It’s VERY IMPORTANT TO GET YOUR ASAP PLANS ASAP. If you can make it in by the deadline there is a discount on insurance for the leagues AND the District gets a $600 credit to purchase banners and stuff from Little League… if you don’t have a Safety Plan template, then go to LLU and get one… it’s simple to fill out and you need to have it done by mid March --- please get them in today!

Hello District Administrators,  
Attached is the safety plan report from 3/4/2025. We are 18 days away from the early incentive deadline. PLEASE don’t wait until the last minute.
It would be great if every league would upload their Safety plan, with the league just waiting on the roster upload (requirement 14).

Fun fact: The Western Region Districts can receive up to $75,600.00 in FREE money. Claim your share today by getting your leagues to upload their league safety plans.
$12,600.00 has been claimed as of today.
League’s will also receive the early incentive of 20% back from insurance that they paid.

Important Dates:
These deadline dates are provided by Little League International.
Little League’s early submission deadline is
March 22, 2025. (18 days from today)
Roster upload deadline for early submission is March 22, 2025, for the league to receive the early submission bonus of 20% of what they paid towards team insurance. The district incentive is $600 for those who are 90-100%.
The last deadline for leagues to upload the League Safety plan and meet requirement 14 is April 5, 2025.

REMINDER: for requirement 14 Registration Data (to obtain this requirement approval over 50% of the players must be uploaded, this is based on the chartered teams)

TIP: Leagues need 50% of the roster uploads to get the APPROVED CHARTER completed, (requirement 14) the leagues can reduce the number of chartered teams in the DATA center to achieve this requirement. Upon completion of the league’s registration, they can make the correct changes to the chartered teams
