I can begin the process for mileage reimbursements for those of you that sent teams to the State Tournament… for that I need to get the following from each of you that sent teams to the State Tournaments:

Your league name
Your Zipcode
The location the bulk of the tournament was played and the zipcode for that location
The date the tournament started you played in

Once I get that, I can submit the forms. Please send it to me before Aug 1 so I can get your reimbursements processed in a timely fashion. They DO have a time limit on which they operate.

Here is the way the reimbursements work:

You will be given $1 per mile OVER 150 travelled ROUND TRIP (most of the leagues here in 5 and 13 have 300-500 miles or so round trip). They reimburse the LEAGUE for this and the LEAGUE will distribute the reimbursement to the families/teams traveling. This distribution does NOT come from Little League to the parents or players. It goes to the LEAGUE for Distribution.

Please get this to me ASAP so I can get them processed.
