As you are preparing your documentation for tournament, I wanted to remind everyone that there is a piece of documentation that needs to accompany your player documentation. That is a government issued photo ID that matches the signature of the parent or guardian signing the player documentation. In short, we have to know that the person signing the paperwork is the person signing the paperwork..

This photo ID can be:

1. Drivers License or State issued ID
2. Military Badge(s)
3. If you are a state employee and have a state issued ID badge with your photo and signature on it
4. Passport
5. Trusted Traveler Badge

It just needs to be a photo ID with matching signature—this makes sure the person signing the paperwork is legal to do so on the behalf of the player.
