Subject: West Region ASAP Washington
Hello Washington!
We are working to get every state in the West Region to 100% for ASAP. It would also be great to see each league get the 15% credit and the Districts to get the $600 early incentive.
I have attached the Western Region templet with easy to follow step by step changes. We ask that the leagues take the 10 to 15 minutes to update this and upload it into the leagues DATA center. PLEASE HAVE THIS COMPLEATED BY 04.17.2020 to receive the early incentive that you and your league’s deserve.
Please forward this to the leagues that have not started or are missing requirements.
Requirement 14: Some leagues have uploaded last years rosters to complete this requirement. 50% of the chartered number of teams need to be uploaded to satisfy this requirement.
Any league that has attempted to upload rosters and are having issues please have them reach out to Chris Taddeo ctaddeo@littleleague.org
Western Region Safety Plan Step by Step
Leagues may add to this plan but please DO NOT take anything away.
Page 1: Add League name and league ID and league logo
Page 2: Add league name and board member names and contact information
Page 3: Add emergency phone numbers and neighboring hospitals
Page 5: Add league training dates and safety training dates
Page 9: Add league safety officer name and contact information
Upload the plan to the league’s DATA center!
Update the league’s facility survey! Click on all five pages and make any changed needed.
Provide and review a paper copy of the league’s safety manual and first aid kit to each team at the scheduled safety training date!
It is really this easy!
