EVERY LEAGUE Should send the UIC, or their proxy… BUT YOU SHOULD SEND AS MANY FOLKS AS YOU CAN GET TO COME, PARENTS, Retired folks, coaches, etc… we need to know ASAP who is ATTENDING…
