I’d like to introduce you to the President of North Spokane Little League. Her name is Alexis Heitman, mom, and softball coach! We did manage to get a board formed last night at their first official meeting. While we are still hashing out boundary details, I think they will have several teams playing the 2024 Season. This is where all our fine leagues in District 13 need to leave 3-4 games open in their schedule to play inter-league with the newly formed North Spokane league. They will need LOTS of Softball games as we think there will be more softball teams for them this year. They still have several (many) board positions to fill, but they got enough together to start.

I am asking all the presidents (as we discussed back in October) to PLEASE assist the new league as none of the board has ever ran a league before. I am asking the ADAs to come alongside and communicate and help them get their feet under them for the 2024 season…
