Just a recap of the highlights of the meeting on Saturday:

Reviewed budget and details for the tournament(s), and District operations
Discuss the next District Tournament location: Deer Park, June 20, Tri-County to host
No State tournament this year, but will work on Intermediate divisions to prepare for 2027 (D13 Hosts Intermediate BB that year)
4 Leagues will have softball, Tri County, Pend Orielle, North Spokane, and West Plains.
Encouraged all leagues to look at Intermediate BB, and Junior BB. We MAY have some Junior SB next year
Discussed changes in ASAP, JDP, and Sports Connect
Discussed changes in District Books/Affidavits (Specifically Birth Certificates)
JP will discuss with DA state association about using Game Changer for “official book”
Voted NOT to do 99Pledges for fund raising, but instead approved a rate hike for assessments to $4 per registered player and paid by April 15.
Reminded dates for ASAP submission
Discussed draft and will be publishing draft rules to parents.
Showed stats on League growth, district growth, and discussed how to retain players.
Mark D. gave a report on the umpire state meeting and umpiring issues within the District
JP gave report on State DA meeting.

All leagues were represented except Bi-County.
