As part of our upcoming meeting on the 26th, 10:00 AM, Quality Inn 7919 N. Division in Spokane --- I would like the league representative for each league to be able to provide a report on their league operations for the past
year. Some things that should be discussed by each league are:
- General Review of League operations for last year
- Number of divisions played (T-Ball thru whatever upper division you had), baseball/softball/Challengers etc
- Number of board members
- Revenues
- Struggles, obstacles etc to better league operations
- Needs for 2025
- Goals for 2025
- General Comments you may want to share with the group, “What’s on your mind”
This year’s turnout is looking to be pretty good sized as several have said they are bringing more than one person from their board. We need to see all the Presidents an as many Board members there we can get! It’s a big year for changes
in Little League.
