Hi All, The meetings for tournament week are as follows: 1. Tonight at 6:00 PM (Monday June 16) - The Fieldhouse in Liberty Lake 1235 N. Liberty Lake Rd. Liberty Lake, WA 99019 - They let us use the meeting room for free so long as we order stuff like drinks or snacks. This is to have your tournament affidavits signed. It's important to be at this meeting to get your books signed because if they are NOT right, then you have essentially 4 days to get them right. WE WILL NOT SIGN BOOKS after tonight unless we find an error in your specific book. Then you have until the manager's meeting to make it right. 2. Friday Night June 20th 6:00 PM at the Liberty Lake Portal. "Manager's Meeting". They have meeting rooms. It's an office center right across from the Tech Center in Liberty Lake. The address is : Liberty Lake Portal 23403 E Mission Ave Liberty Lake WA. 99019. At 6:00 PM there will be the Manager's meeting for the tournament. We will go over all the specifics for the tournament (rules, field peculiarities, etc). EVERY TEAM in the tournament must have their manager there (OR alternatively a Coach that will be in the dugout for the entire tournament). Failure to attend the meeting will result in losing your option at the coin toss for both home and away and dugout choice. 3. At 7:00 PM on June 20th (Right after the manager's meeting) we have one of 5 mandatory League meetings as mandated by Little League. All president's must attend or send a proxy from your board. They must have the ability to cast your vote for the various things we may be voting on. We call this the "President's meeting" for the tournament. Topics to cover off are the rough budget, tournament prep for president's, state tournament information and other details specific to both District and State Tournaments. 4. First Pitch is at noon on Saturday at the Diamond's in Liberty Lake. (See the bracket) Manager's will need to meet between the fields at the backstops for the coin toss for the first game at 11:00 AM. After the coin toss, the teams may take their dugouts and begin warmups. Details on how to do the field access will be discussed at the manager's meeting. The address for the Diamonds is 23750 E Boone Ave, Liberty Lake, WA 99019. Its between two elementary schools in Liberty Lake.
