I want to thank everyone for coming to or sending umpires to the clinic. We had 17 umpires from District 13 show up on Saturday. Dennis did a great job of training. I will be starting a District 13 umpire registry with the names I have from the clinic. I would also like the leagues to send me the names of other umpires they had sign up for this year or umpires that have umpired for you in the last couple of years. I would like to add those names too. I plan on using this as a way for the District umpires to communicate through the year. If something happens during a game or a question arises that they need help on, they can start an email to the registry, and we can talk it out. They can also call me at 509-475-3919. I will also be using this list to help arrange umpires for the District All Star tournaments and possibly the State tournament we have this year. Please let me know if you have any questions at all.
