All, I wanted to try and attend all your Board meetings/General member meetings for Board elections this year. So please advise when those are. Also I wanted to remind you that we are having our District wide meeting Oct 30 at the Mirabeau Park hotel in Spokane Valley. It will be in the Lilac room starting at 10:00AM and be wrapping up at 2:00 PM. Lunch will be served. All presidents are requested to attend, and as many Board members that wish to attend may also attend. I would just ask that you give me a head count of who is coming from your league. BEFORE Oct 20th so I can make sure we have enough lunches ordered. If the president cannot attend, then PLEASE send someone from the Board who can carry the proxy vote for the league/President.
