- Rodeo is at the Home and Garden Show this weekend at the Nez Perce County Fairgrounds. - We had a brief outage yesterday in the Tammany Creek area. There was an “Avista” problem at one of our relay points in the network. By the time our repair crew had showed up it was already fied by the power company. The outage was approximately 1:14 minutes long. We are looking into a different power backup system for that node.
