We are still in process of upgrading the circuits feeding Rodeo Internet, we hope to have this finished today.

Additionally, we’d like to remind you that you will see a slight increase in rates this month. We advised all that we would be increasing rates back in December, and again in January with February being the first month of the increase being active. Those who have a current contract will maintain their rate until their contract expires and are not subject to a rate increase until that time. We haven’t raised rates in several years, but unfortunately we have to… minimum wage is 4 dollars an hour higher than the last time we did an across the board rate increase to give you an idea of how long we have held the costs down. Our customer premise equipment is almost $20 more than it was when we set the prices on it last… we want to continue to improve our services to you and to do that we need to make sure costs are covered.

Finally, the ACP registration window is now closed. The ACP program is scheduled to end in April of 2024. If you would like to see it continue, please contact your congressman as this is a federal program. Hurry as time is quickly approaching when the program is out of funding. Your input can make a difference.
