We are monitoring the forecast to see if the weather over the next 4-5 days will impact our support or services and so far, nothing too dramatic although some parts of our service area may see significant snow… and some wind. In the east side of our service area, there are significant accumulations of snow forecast, and in the area to the north of LC Valley winds and snow are forecast in significant amounts. In the LC Valley right now it’s calling for a mix of snow and rain, so we are confident the infrastructure there will be solid. We are gearing up just in case there is damage to towers or our network infrastructure from wind, snow, or ice; we will try to keep you posted either via the customer portal, or the website as to any significant outages on the network.
If you don’t know about the Rodeo Customer Portal, it’s a website where you can find information on the network, register or enter trouble tickets, find FAQs and more. You can get access to the customer portal by being a registered Rodeo Customer, and requesting access by sending a message to info@rodeointernet.com - we’ll get you passwords and a login to get going!
