Greetings All,
Rodeo will be moving a tower on the Lewiston Grade this week and next. It means we will need to repoint your antenna’s on your homes for some of you that have our wireless service. This means we will need to come on your property, possibly get on your roofs and move the antenna. There are only 17 of you that are left to be moved and repointed, and those we hope to get finished between now an Friday May 24. Our techs will call you and let you know we are coming. Unfortunately this has to occur to maintain service as in a couple days the tower and transmitting points will be moved and your antenna’s (for those 17) will be pointing into thin air…Which makes for REALLY slow internet 😊
14 of the 17 that need to be moved are in Lewiston or the Waha area with 3 being in the Clarkston area… so if you live in Clarkston, chances are we won’t be around… but for a few in Lewiston, those 14 customers will be affected (out of the hundreds that are there)… We apologize for the inconvenience, but we wanted to keep your connections solid and your internet zippy…If you are a fiber customer, or in Clarkston this probably won’t affect you.
We probably won’t need to come inside your homes or apartments to accomplish this, but we wanted to let you know we WILL be around for those few customers that need a repoint…
Thanks and we appreciate you all greatly…
Your Rodeo Networks Team
