Greetings All,
We are reminding all our Rodeo Networks customers that we are starting our planned maintenance today between 1:30PM and 3:00PM. Our plan is to do this in stages (largely due to the fact it will be raining after 3:00PM today). Part of the issue is that one of the places we need to upgrade is at the end of a bad mountain road and if we try to travel the road in the rain to move the equipment to the site, we’d most likely fall off a cliff trying to get to where we need to…. That would slow down tech support significantly 😊
So we will do part of it today (which should see some additional functionality) and then finish on Thursday (possibly in the wee hours of the morning on Friday) which would finish this weeks long process of upgrading and enhancing our network.
If all goes well, we should see a 5-7 minute “blip” in connectivity between 1:30 and 3:00 today sometime. Then the systems should recover and work as normal. Users do not have to do anything during this process…
