Last night (8/16/24), at approximately 8:30 PM, Rodeo Networks experienced a power outage in the main point-of-presence data network interchange in Clarkston. This power interruption was caused by a faulty backup power infrastructure and caused certain portions of the network to have interrupted service. The service was restored at 9:50PM with final repairs and upgrades made by 10:33 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to those network segment customers. The new upgrades have more than doubled the power back up capacity in this facility.
