We have several lists that have been made to send information to D.A.s. I don’t know if any of them are complete. To try to unsnarl this, I am sending this notice to everyone on all the lists. Ideally some of you will get three notices and some six. I am naming each of them so we can determine who is on the lists. My goal is to get everyone on the State list and State D.A. list J.P. has set up for us. J.P. says that in order to get his list if you are on gmail, you need to go into Google /Gmail and let it know the address is OK… if they are rejecting it before you get it, then you won’t see it in your spam folder.

I have planned the meeting for Nov. 10 at 6:30. If due to me not verifying the emails, this won’t work, we can move the meeting to next week.

The meeting information is attached as “Use Google Meet …” Also attached are the tournament checklist (revised with advice from my presidents since the first one I sent out that many of you may not have seen yet); meeting agenda; last meeting minutes, and Association organizational document with suggested changes (these are detailed at the very end of the document).
