Hi All,

You can adjust what does and doesn’t go to junk… you can establish rules in your email client to allow messages to move as they should. Also, your email service provider can adjust your email preferences as well.

I don’t have any limits set on what can be sent through the forum, and I don’t have any blacklists sets to block senders.

I have printed the agenda, but it can be brought up and added. JP understands this stuff. I review my junk folder at least once a week before cleaning it out, and I haven’t had WADAS go to junk mail. Little League, Mariners, Wilson Pins, and others have, though, and I don’t know why some do and some don’t.

One thing I want to ask/discuss during the meeting is about the Wadas forum bill email situation, so I’m sending this message TO the forum to help me remember to ask about it on Saturday! I don’t understand why messages from some people who email from the wadas forum go straight to my junk folder, but others don’t. If someone hits “reply to all” and I got the message they’re replying to, why will some of them get sent to junk? It makes no sense. And I’m afraid I could be missing some messages throughout the year because of it! Is there an uncomplicated fix for this?

I am printing 25 agenda packets with all attachments. DAs (or proxies) will get 13. Others on a first come, first served basis, so you might want to print a set if you want to ensure you or staff have them.
