Attached are the updated minutes with corrections.  State Tournament updates are NOT included in the minutes since they didn’t occur until after the meeting.  Updates are below—thanks D4 and D7 for getting updates out.

Subject: [Wadas] WA State DA's Meeting Minutes and To-Do Followup

Hi everyone,

  Attached are the minutes from the WA State DA’s meeting from earlier this week.

There are some All Star items that still need some info, so please Reply All so that we can get the updates:

1. State SB 8-10:  Was D6 successful in determining if they can host, and if so, is July 19 still the start date?  If there is a location as well, please provide that.

• Updated:  D4, Columbia LL hosting, starting on July 12 (Thanks Ann)

2. State SB Seniors:  D2 and D8 will be having a team.  Please advise if other Districts were also going to have a team.
1. If only D2 and D8, then the two DA’s will meet to determine dates, logistics, etc.
2. If more, then we need to know because this will all need to be planned.
3. Baseball 8-10:  Host D7, Location unknown, July 19-26.    West Seattle LL, Bar-S Fields.
4. Baseball Juniors:  Host D2, Location TBD, July 5-13

Glen said he will send out an updated WA State Tournament calendar with details once we have the above information.

Pat (D2), Bob (D9) and Melanie (D6) are going to work on a common set of All Star pre-game procedures so that all Districts can be consistent.  When its ready (or a draft), they will communicate it out.
