I want to heap praise on my District UIC…Mark Dixon. He took over the program a couple years ago.. we had 2 “District Umpires”. This year his crew is now 14. He has done a great job and is a great guy to work with. Mark may have a couple umpires that would be interested in helping at the State level. Please contact him…

He’s really stepped up for D13, and I know he wants to contribute more to the State level efforts. He has trained, mentored, recruited, worked hard, and thought a lot about his role as UIC for the District, and he managed to coach teams as well… Reach out to him if you need a crew… I think he would try hard to accommodate your requests if possible. His team did a great job at Districts this year, and our tournaments ran much smoother in large part because of his efforts…
