Perhaps the first question to be answered is what do we hope to accomplish in a spring meeting.

As soon as West Region announces regional dates, we will need a Zoom meeting (hopefully in the next two weeks) to finalize state dates since we didn’t do that in September. What else do we want to meet about?

I can do either, and am planning on going to CA. I did talk with Andrew and he said it is a one day meeting, at a hotel close to the Ontario airport.
