Attached is the meeting agenda for Saturday. I have also included minutes of our fall meeting from 2023, the matrix of tournament assignments incorporating the trade of the state major tournament from District 4 to 6 this year, the proposed 2025 tournament schedule, and a clean copy of the constitution incorporating all the prior amendments. I will have a limited number of printed agendas with all of this included.

I am also attaching some information on concussions / sudden cardiac arrest, the 2024 directory so you can print it, make corrections and give it to me at the meeting  (he said optimistically), and all the state tournament brackets. I am not making copies of these but hope to have them projected in the room during the discussions.

I should have a couple of hours to figure out how to project things. I have not had great luck at this in the past, and unlike when I was teaching and being a school administrator, I won’t have a 14-year-old student to help me get it done.

I don’t know the ability of the DA discussion forum to handle multiple attachments, so I am sending this two ways and possibly in multiple emails.
