I am assuming that each can be downloaded locally so that not only can we give the District Championship team their packet, but we can also attach the download and send it directly to that Manager—and then they can have their own electronic version—to lose.
Q: How do we get any Regional packet information? What is the process for a State Championship Tournament Host to give their winner a packet at Majors and above?

That's probably true as I have thought about it. Unless someone knows of a reason we should give out the site and password, we should just plan to use it as our resource. We can use it to print what we need for our district champions.

Yes, you can do that. I have done that in the past and will probably do it again. The main thing with this is that every district administrator will have a place to get it. No lost emails, no misplaced packets (at least there will be a place to find it again).

Sometimes when a conversation gets to "I wish there was..." something good comes out of it. During a conversation with Bennan Moore of District 5 last week. The "I wish" was for a common site for all the state tournament packets. Even my limited tech knowledge, I thought someone who knew what he/.she was doing could set up something such as that. I also knew we had a very tech savvy information officer.
I told him what I was thinking of and he has made it happen.
All state packets should be sent to Rob Little at rlittle@d9ump.org, He will upload them. I think we want to wait to pass on this password and site and give them just to the winning manager/president/spouse so everyone can't get into this site and start critiquing way before tournament time. The fact that he is giving us score editing rights is another reason we don't want everyone accessing this site.
Rob explained the process in an email:
"Please let everyone know to send their state packets and their brackets to me.
I have a page setup on the state website:
2025 Tournament Administration | Washington State Little League
The password is “Wash2025”.
The DA’s should send their packets and brackets to me and I will upload them to the website and put links on this page.
I will also include links to the brackets on this page – they will be able to edit the bracket to update scores (they can only change the score) so we can allow the tournament officials to edit the scores as well."
