We have done a variety of things. They get participation pins always, plus a tournament pin if I make a special one (on our budget that is just for major baseball and softball).We have also customized (for the tournament) plate brushes, counters, red flags, pencil boxes, shirts, hats, and many other things over the 30+ years that I have been doing this. I can't remember all the things. I don't have anything special ordered for this year, so they will probably get a set of 4 pins.
