Our Championship game is set!!! 

Tonight's results are below:

Game 23 Elimination game

D1 Pacific 0

D9 Bellvue 7

I would like to give a huge shoutout to D1!!! They were a class act all the way through this tournament. Their parents, coaches and players were absolutely amazing! Doug, thank you for sending such an amazing group up here. They are welcome here ANYTIME!!! 

The teams are set for tomorrow nights championship game!!

Congrats to D12, Richland and to D9 Bellvue!! Both teams have played some amazing baseball during this past week. Tomorrow should be a great game and I am super excited to watch!

One quick side note, I was talking to the parents of one of our Anacortes Little League volunteers tonight. They are both originally from Kirkland. The father mentioned to me that he played for Kirkland Little League when he was 12. He then told me that he had a lovely chat with his old DA last weekend, while at our State tournament. Any guesses on who it was? If you guessed the one and only Mr. Bob Toigo, you are correct!! I won't tell you how old the gentleman is, but I will tell you that his son is a few years younger than I am. What a small world!! 

I hope you all have an amazing night and if anyone would like to come up for our Championship game tomorrow, it's at 6 pm at Marguerite and Don Daniels field in Anacortes. The more, the merrier!
