Attached is a DRAFT version of the rules being considered for Phase 3. This came from one of my presidents who received it from Jon Snyder who is the “Outdoor recreation and Economic Development Senior Policy Advisor to Gov. Jay Inslee”. The text of his email was:

Attached is the draft for Phase 3 Sporting Activities. This draft is still being circulated internally and may undergo significant revisions. This document just contains the new guidelines proposed for Phase 3 and does not include all previous guidance for Phases 1 and 2. Phase 3 is currently slated to begin 3/22.

Can you please send me feedback, if you have any, no later than Friday morning 3/19 if possible? If you are a part of a larger organization I would appreciate unified feedback from your entire organization if possible. Thank you.
