Thanks for the update.

I do have one major beef with the schedule. You have a doubleheader in the loser bracket, which in itself is fine. The problem I have with it is that only one of the teams in the second game has already played that day. The loser of game 9 played the day before (as did the other two teams in games 7 & 8) but not on Tuesday. In my opinion this is an unfair advantage for that team. This is especially true if the weather is hot and you only have 3 hours between start times for the games. That means the one team will get virtually no rest between games. Also, one of the teams will have more severe limitations on who they can pitch in the second game.

I'm also not pleased to see you remove the "If" game. I don't have an issue with this in general as it is an allowed format. The problem I have is that this is a significant change to the tournament format that you had previously presented. With the "If" game format I typically do use a doubleheader as both teams will be in the same situation regarding pitching and rest.

Believe me, I understand the challenges and logistical problems that occur and sometimes you do what you have to do. So take these comments and concerns as food for thought going forward.
