Ladies & Gentlemen:

District 2 is hosting the Washington State Major Baseball Tournament in Poulsbo at North Kitsap Little League July 15^th through July 22^nd.

I have enclosed a copy of the game schedule for your convenience. This is also available on our district website.

Housing will not be provided by District 2 so your team members will need to procure their own housing. Hotels in the area are quite full this year. We are working on getting the local hotels to block out rooms or provide a discounted rate. Teams should ask for the Little League rate. We will send out an update when we know which hotels we were able obtain additional support from.

I ask for your help in getting the team packet to the winning team promptly and please be sure that the manager understands all of the information in the packet.

Please have your team check the District 2 website for the most current information as the activities timeline may change. I will also send you any updates prior to July 12^th so, if you desire, you can update the package you hand to your team. But please have your team rely on the District 2 website for the latest information.
