Agree with Glen. Beyond sex offenders or crimes against children, it's up to the League Board's to decide if they'll let people volunteer or not. As a president, anyone with active 'cases' was not allowed to volunteer, but beyond that, we'd either approve them, or put them on 'probation' and approve them as an assistant coach...
