Hi All,

For those of you sending teams to the Juniors State Baseball Tournament – THANK YOU! We appreciate everyone’s involvement. Also – the following details are important:

 

1. Manager’s meeting Saturday 10:00 at the field – Medical Lake High School
2. Pizza Party at Waterfront Park for all teams – please let Stacy know if you will be attending so the pizza count is correct.  'Stacy Ashcroft' stacyashcroft09@gmail.com her phone number is: 509 294 5341 – check the packet for details!
3. Parade tomorrow and opening ceremonies – check your packet for details
4. It’s going to be HOT! Make sure you have plenty of hydration materials. Saturday and Sunday should be in the upper 90s with possible temps over or near 100. It cools off a little next week starting Monday.
5. It is not allowed to set up pop ups, tents, awnings or the like  on the side lines… The school does not allow… So we are setting up shade in the bleachers near home plate. The outfield bleachers fans will need an umbrella.
6. NO DOGS – not allowed on school grounds. And it’s going to be HOT – so leave Rover elsewhere…
7. Our District 13 UIC has done a great job coordinating umpires… we should have 4 man crews for most of the tournament… no small feat considering we are not in with the “West side elites” 😊 (just kidding). Thanks to ALL the Districts who have sent umpires…VERY thankful for that…
