I like to keep a stash of a few hundred district 12 pins on hand each year, just in case my district winners don't have a trading pin for their league to take with them; if they want to take the district pins with them to state for trading purposes, I just have the league purchase them from the district at cost which is normally around $2-3 per pin...

I also take several of these pins with me to DA meetings/conferences to trade with other DA's there--it's sort of fun. I have changed the design for this pin twice over the 14 years I've been the DA, and will probably update it again this upcoming season. I work with Wilson Trophy out of Sacramento to design them for me and have been happy with the results.

We procured some trading pins last season. We had had them in the past, but were out of stock.

We do a tournament pin for our district and update it for the state tournament. We also give out a medallion.
