Nothing seems easy in dealing with the Mariners since Covid (which coincidentally is when Bob left).

 

Marc has booked the president’s event at the Hit It Here Café group area for the 29^th. Apparently he hadn’t put that one on the list when he agreed to get a suite for us on the 29^th. Now he has realized there is a conflict since we are also invited to the president’s meeting. Our state meeting is scheduled for Saturday morning and afternoon. We combined the state meeting and Mariner’s event over a decade ago to make it easier for the Eastern Washington folks.

 

So, please vote for one of the following options. If the vote is too divided, I will put up the top two for a revote. I have put them in chronological order.

• Option 1 – Have DAs in a Suite on the 28^th and then have back for the president’s event the next night (29^th).
• Option 2 - DAs and guests stop in at the beginning of the president’s event to hear the dates with the Presidents and head to a Suite.
• Option 3 - The Friday night event will be only for Presidents and Marc can tell us the dates in our Suite.
• Option 4 – DAs attend the president’s event on the 29^th and come to the suite the next night (30^th).
