Yes, WA D8 is likely to have a team.  The RUG Little League JR SB team that made it to the Championship game at Regionals in Tucson last summer pretty much wants to come back and do this again as a Senior Softball team.  They are working on recruiting a few extra players to round out the team.

Also, I had sent a message on this about 2 weeks ago to this WA DA Email Distribution List, but only heard back from a few other DA's.
