Greetings From the Land of Perpetual Sunshine!

District 12, with the gracious help of Greater Richland Little League, is hosting the 2024 Washington State 9-11 Baseball Tournament in West Richland, WA at the Bombing Range Sports Complex, July 20th through July 28th.

Enclosed should be everything that you and your winning manager and team parents should need, prior to the managers' meeting on July 19th. You might notice that my version of the packet is a couple pages shorter than others, but that's because I have determined that it's best not to give out too much important information all at once, or else inevitably some details will be "glossed over" and/or not retained, I hate when that happens! All of the official Game Day procedures and important tournament rules information will be printed out and given to your manager at the managers' meeting, where we will go over those details together in person.  

Please make sure your winning manager receives this packet promptly and be sure that the manager understands all of the information herein, especially with regards to sending me their personal contact information, team roster, and team photo for the program! Like most other state tournament hosts, we are hoping to produce a nice commemorative program for purchase, but we need your help to get your team included! We need to have your winning team roster and high-resolution team photo no later than July 14th. Please send the photos directly to me via email at kbetzsold@msn.com. Be sure to include the District #, League Name, League President, Manager, Coach(es), and Players (please include player jersey numbers if possible).
