I missed sending out an update on Sunday night (sleep deprivation).

 

Here is the current status as of the end of Day 3, Monday, June 20, for WA State Baseball 8-9-10:

Blue highlighted games are from earlier today.

Winning teams are in Green

 

 

 

We have had to say goodbye to and congratulated the following 5 teams who have been eliminated:

 

Everyone has for the most part been great with very few issues, none of which are noteworthy.

 

We have an 8 foot wide banner bracket, and after every team win, the winning teams gets to “MOVE” their team along to the next column in the bracket.  It is quite the spectacle and the families and teams all gather around for the celebration.  If you want to see what it looks like, go check out Bonney Lake Sumner Little League’s Facebook page as they have posted videos.

Day 1 is in the books, and there was an exciting finish at the end of the day between D6 Hazel Dell and D1 Snohomish that took 8 innings before D6 Hazel Dell took the win.
