I click on the accept tickets button and it goes to an “Oops our bad” error message page. I have a Ticketmaster account. I have a Mariners.com account. And I already have the MLB app on my phone…something else is wrong 😑

Do this on your phone is my suggestion
I created a Ticketmaster account per instructions on web site
Then confirm and save the order
I created an account on mariners.com
I downloaded the Ballpark app
Info transferred automatically to the Ballpark app
Maybe there's a better/easier way but that's what I did
