WA D8 is more than willing to contribute the $150 for this endeavor. Whom do I have the check made out to and where do I send it?
Thanks

Bob,
I understand your concern. The Seattle Outreach has been self supporting since it's inception. That is why Dennis is willing to share the profit/loss info with any district asking to see it. The
point is that registration fees have been pretty stable for years, but bringing in the instructors, accommodations, meals for the instructors and lunch for the students, and facility rental costs considerably more than they did a decade ago. Dennis and I are
simply trying to keep registration fees down to a reasonable level. Most leagues don't reimburse these fees and we want to make sure that the local league umpires across Washington State can still afford top level training at a reasonable cost. Help from the
districts will allow us to do that.

Good Morning All,
Attached is the flyer for the 2025 Washington State Little League Umpire Mechanics Clinic.
As we are all aware, the cost of these events is increasing every year. In order to keep this event affordable, we are asking each district to contribute
$150.00. This event (Formerly the Western Region Seattle Outreach) has been self supporting since it's inception, and Dennis Williams will supply a 2024 profit/loss statement to anyone who wishes. We are simply looking to keep from passing rising overhead
costs on to your umpires personally.
Regards and Happy Holidays,
