Subject: Super Bowl Party Interest Form
Good Afternoon,
We have learned recently that LLI will not be hosting a Sunday function for attendees of the International Congress for the Super Bowl. I am trying to ascertain the viability of scheduling a function ourselves. The Sunday congress schedule
will end by 3pm. The kickoff is set to begin at 3:30pm.
If you could forward to your DAs in your state and have them fill out this brief questionnaire so we can gather more information, I would greatly appreciate it.
So far our initial quotes from the hotel, and from bar/restaurants near the hotel are around $100/person or more. I am working with Derek Lisby from Indiana 7, and Bill Crandall from Michigan 6 to look at other venues.
