On behalf of Bob Toigo and District 9, we are pleased to host this year’s 2026 Juniors Softball State Tournament at Big Finn Hill Ballfields in Kirkland Washington.

Attached is our state packet which includes our welcome letter to district administrators and managers. This packet is also available at 2026 Tournament Administration – WASHINGTON STATE

From the packet, There are two time-critical items that the Manager needs to handle, which are listed in the packet:

1. Full Roster and name pronunciation, with a color team photo in JPG format suitable for printing in a possible program.  We also want a photo-ready JPG image of your league logo.  This is all due by EOD on Friday, July 3rd, to Russ Paul-Jones at russ@d9ump.org.
2. With the tournament beginning on Saturday, July 11^th, there will be a MANDATORY Manager meeting the evening before the tournament.

At this meeting, the Managers will be required to turn in their Team Affidavit packets for a quick review and State signatures.  My staff and I will review the State tournament process and rules.  Official Coaches are also invited.  No Players please.
