I wouldn't accept your screen shot. It doesn't give me enough information - such as date occupied. I do accept a printout from our assessor's office (not screenshot) which shows purchase date, occupancy, etc. That gives me the date (prior to Feb. 1) when the people purchased the house and shows it to be owner occupied. It is 2 or 3 pages long, and I believe it gives me enough information to meet the regulation requirements. 

To test your county's printout, log in to the assessor's office, pull up your own property and read what's there. All of that would print out if you hit print instead of taking a screenshot. 

As to whether you need to replace things accepted by a prior district administration, that's a West Region question.

Also, I am not a fan of the screenshots.
