Hey all, Im curious who has a constitution and or bylaws for their districts, and if you do, would you mind sharing them? I know it's not a requirement from LL
I started working on my Constitution, which sent me down a rabbit hole of finding out that we never registered with the Sec of State, have been using different names on different accounts (banking, IRS, etc), and now I'm going back through the last several years of finances and finding some issues.....
