New subject: How to access your leagues' Registration Data

      I would like to set this up for boards, but I’d like to wait a month or so to get all the current board members into the data base. I probably should tell the presidents I’m doing this at our next district meeting.

And as a follow up,

I have a list serve I will set up for ANY District that wants one. Why do you want this? It allows you to talk directly to parents and boards, and to create discussion forums. 

I have two that I operate for District 13: 1) All-Parents that register players for a given year and 2) All Board members so I can address every board member from every league all at once.

It’s easy to manage, you’ll have your own logins, and you can control communications to your boards and parents. Using the list serve I have bypasses all of Google’s registration requirements, AND it doesn’t cost you anything.

Hi,

  At the State meeting and also via follow-up, I have had people ask me how I was able to see detailed league registration data, not just “statistics”.   Well, here you go.

First:  Hopefully everyone knows that you can see the registration statistics across your District via the Data Center, under:

View Reports

                View Registration Data Statistics for Leagues in your District

                                ( then just choose the year )

Now, for the bigger one you want:  How to view the actual registration details, per league:

Go into one of your leagues in the Data Center (via login).

View Reports (for that league)

                                Historical Registration Data

                                                Download Registration Data for (year) season.

It will download a CSV file showing the data.

I did get the “decoder ring” from Kit as to what Column B is “Division”.  See attached.
