We will hold a state meeting on Saturday in the main meeting room at the Anaheim Hilton immediately following the regional roundtable at that site. On the agenda is setting state dates. I have attached my original proposal including alternate state dates. The alternate dates attempted to move most tournaments so they ended two weeks before the anticipated (but not confirmed) regional dates. We can hopefully hash these out fairly quickly.  If you have other ideas beyond these two, please send it out in advance so we will all have something to ponder prior to the meeting. My printer isn’t working, so unless I can get it fixed in the next two days, I won’t have a paper copy of this. Also, if you have a comcast email address. You have not been receiving information from the westregion email. You get stuff from Kit or other individuals only. All that I know I didn’t get was the December webinar and the regional roundtable instructions (which I’m reprinting below). I found out about both when I asked when information would come out. Kit figured it out today. I provided an alternate email address so I’m not left out in the future. We will be able to assist you directly if that is the case. Little League will be paying for each District's delegate's hotel room for Friday & Saturday night. This will be done by a direct billing. The hotel may ask for a credit card for incidentals - LLI will not cover incidentals. Self-park is $6 the first hour and $2 for every hour after that with a daily max is $20 per day. Valet is $39. Overnight parking is $24 /night. Little League will not be covering this expense. If you need a ride from the airport to the hotel, please call 888-364-2787. This is for the Anaheim Resort Transportation EZE shuttle service. We will be utilizing an app called Poll Everywhere on your smart phones. I recommend downloading it in advance so that you are ready to go for the first session on Friday If you need assistance during the event, West Region staff will be in attendance- just look around for us!
