Random question that has gotten brought up by a couple of my presidents within my district. So my question is does your district have bylaws for the district and if you do are you willing to share them?
D10 has district bylaw of the upper division on deck batter on their dugout side only. This avoids bullying/harassment crossing to the other side. Otherwise, everything is by the book(s). I have not found 'bylaws' for us. Still something I am pondering. Mike made a document called District Policies and Guidelines that may suffice as bylaws.
